The Copyright Society Of Botswana mainly pronounced by its acronym "Cosbots" has released the work usage report as of 01/07/2020 - 31/12/2020.This report shows the amount/quantity of local content being played as compared to international content.

The above chart showcases the amount of local content being played as compared to international content by the media houses in Botswana. Only one radio station plays more local content than international content and that is Rb1 (Radio Botswana 1)

The rest of our media houses play more international content than local content, these are Gabz FM, RB2, BTV(i.e National Television"), Duma FM and lastly Yarona FM respectively.😢😠

On average in these 6 months 62% of international content was used  with only 38% of local content used in Botswana.
